Q: What is the processing time for my order?
A: Processing time is 2-4 days; check the individual listing for shipping details.
Q: Oh no! I put the wrong address in the shipping field! Can you change it?
A: Unfortunately, once the order is placed and shipping is paid for, I cannot change the info. Please double check that your info is correct before completing your order.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, I only ship domestically within the U.S. Please check back, as I hope to offer international shipping options soon.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Absolutely no returns on paper goods. If you have concerns about art you have purchased from PMA, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I will do everything possible to address your issue. If no solution can be reached, you may return the art - buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
